Roger and Sue Hutchings welcome you to their peaceful stock farm, situated up a quiet lane that leads directly onto the Wychavon Way.
Cropvale Farm is an ideal base for visiting the area, we are 3 miles from Pershore and Evesham, and central for Cheltenham races, Stratford Upon Avon,Warwick Castle, the Catherdral City of Worcester, and Broadway - the gateway to the Cotswolds.
There is plenty to see and do locally, or simply relax in the garden and take the many scenic walks that surround the farm. Rollo and Twix, our friendly Labradors are always keen to accompany you.
The bed and breakfast is completely non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke in the garden We offer a relaxed informal feel.
Cropvale Farm has 8 comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, all to the same ‘gold' standard.
Accommodation consists of 5 ground floor rooms in a converted barn opposite the house,
All barn rooms have vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.
Each room has its own table and chairs outside for warmer days and evenings or 3 first floor rooms in the farmhouse, separate to family living, with own door and staircase, giving total privacy.
