We stayed here for three nights in April and couldn't have found a
more welcoming bed and breakfast. It was a pleasure to meet Sue who
was very friendly, and it was an equal pleasure to be met with tea
and cake! The breakfast was perfectly cooked and there was ample
choice on the menu, all served in a spotlessly clean dining room. Our
room in the house was on the small side, but then there were two easy
chairs and all our luggage to contend with! However the views from
the windows were beautiful. Fields streched over towards the Bredon
Hills and a map was available so we could walk around the farm in
the evenings.
We were free to come and go as we pleased and we felt that Sue would
(and did) always go the extra mile to provide anything that was
required............An excellent location for touring the Cotswolds
and the Malvern Hills area and we would not hesitate to return or to
recommend this farmhouse. |

“A top-flight farmhouse B&B in a wonderful location."
*****
This is a wonderful friendly B&B, The proprietors are helpful and
friendly, the location is utterly peaceful with endless possibilties
for walks. There are good pubs for food nearby, and the interesting
towns of Evesham and Pershore about three miles away in opposite
directions. We can't recommend it too highly. |

“A touch of luxury”
*****
Just got back from a weekend at
Cropvale Farm. We stayed in the
Orchards Room which is a
beautiful super king four poster
bedroom with a lounge area and
separate bathroom. The room was
large, absolutely spotless,
tastefully and elegantly
decorated and increadibly good
value compared to other local b&b's
and hotels - the room was far
nicer than any others we looked
at and far cheaper!
We received a warm welcome from
Sue and the two chocolate
labradors. We were shown our
room, around the breakfast room
in the main house and given
advice about the local area,
what to do and where to eat.
Breakfast was lovely with an
awful lot to chose from and made
from very tasty fresh local
produce.
The farm is about half a mile
down a country lane so it is
very peaceful, perfect for a
relaxing weekend away and a
great base to explore the
cotswolds from. The farm itself
is home to a cattle herd, which
in keeping with the peace and
quiet, I didnt even hear until
the last day! There's a lovely
garden for guests to enjoy and
Sue and her husband are more
than happy to let you explore
the farm. It's within walking
distance to a pub serving great
food, dont forget a torch though
if you venture up the lane at
night! And there are plenty of
other pubs and restaurants in
the immediate area, many of
which are reccomended by Sue in
the information pack she placed
in the room.
I had a fantastic weekend and
would love to return - have
already reccomeded it to friends

“Lovely personal service”
*****
Lovely clean and homely accommodation. The room was warm and the
towels were fluffy! A very friendly welcome and helpful advice about
the area given. Local pub serves excellent food. The breakfast was
fantastic, home cooked food and plenty of it. Lots of finishing
touches, for example, fresh flowers in room, DVD's to borrow and
homemade jam. You couldn't want for any more, we will definitely go
back and would certainly recommend it. |

serenityofgaia north east England “A Bit of Luxury” ***** A wonderful weekend break in a delightful farmhouse setting. Friendly welcome, not least from the two gorgeous chocolate labradors, and efficient too. The room itself was very welcoming with fluffy bath robes and fresh roses on the dresser. The food was local with eggs collected from the resident hens. An excellent pub was a short walk away down a country lane (no need to drive).

CoventryBels Coventy “What a lovely place...” ***** My husband booked us a room at Cropvale farm quite last minute, in order for us to have some chill out time and to do a little Christmas shoping! What a treat it was...
Our room was gorgeous. Lovely double bed, fresh linen, thick comfy mattress. Plenty of fluffy, white towels and matching dressing gowns, which was a lovely touch. Lovely modern bathroom. Everything immaculately clean (and I am very fussy). It seems that Sue has thought of everything - right down to the last little detail. Two sparkling wine glasses, plenty of different teas and coffees to choose from, fresh flowers, mini bottles of shampoos and body lotions. I could go on and on but probably still miss something out.
Our breakfast was really lovely and nothing is enough trouble for Sue. We had a welcome pot of coffee made for us when we arrived and plenty of advice about where to eat, nice walks to go on etc.. We would love to return in the summer and take our 7 year old son with us for a tour of the farn. It truly is a lovely place and I would recommend it to anyone.
