“Faultless”
*****
Beautifully appointed rooms, immaculately clean and full of little extras. We chose this particular B & B for the ground floor accommodation as my husband is disabled. Sue was extremely kind and considerate, even to the point of bringing breakfast to our room. A wonderful find and we certainly plan to stay again when visiting family in Worcestershire.

"Highly recommended"
*****
What a wonderful place to stay? Wish we had have stayed on longer. A working farm and we were able to wander around the property. Sue, our host, was not home when we arrived but had a note on the door to make ourselves at home in the Elmley room and she would see us on her return. She asked us over to the house to enjoy her home made Victoria Sandwich cake made with freshest, local ingredients and coffee/tea. Rooms are beautifully fitted out with a very comfortable bed with fluffy doona. Provide also are fluffy bathrobes. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice - all for a very reasonable price. Sue we had a great stay and would highly recommend to our family and friends.

From the moment of arrival is was brilliant Sue came over with coffee and home made cake, the room was spotless with lovely touches like fluffy dressing gowns even wine
glasses for the evening tipple. The breakfast was better than 5 star hotels we have visited the bread was home made, fresh eggs from the chickens in the farm yard , home made jam as well. We will certainly be making a return visit

“A B&B in idyllic surroundings which was perfect in every way.”

*****

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cropvale Farm B&B, which was situated in beautiful countryside with a network of walking tracks. We had a spotless, beautifully appointed room in the converted barn. Breakfast in the main farmhouse was a highlight, with the owners having many awards for this. We had an excellent packed lunch, and there were many small welcoming touches, such as the home made chocolate cake and fresh coffee in the rooms. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, and we look forward to our next stay, while heartily recommending this B&B.

“Absolutely Fabulous”

*****
We have just had a two night break at Cropvale Farm to enjoy the Blossom Trail. Neither of us had stayed in this area before but will certainly return and will stay again with Sue and Roger. Beautiful area and the accommodation was above expectations. We stayed in the Elmley room which was spotless, warm, inviting and really comfortable. The breakfast had more than enough choice and was delicious.
Sue and Roger were so welcoming, helpful and friendly. The perfect host and hostess.
We will certainly visit them again and would highly recommend their hospitality.
Thankyou for a wonderful break.

“A relaxing and comfortable base for a long-awaited Cathedral crawl”

*****
Sue and Roger were very welcoming and did everything possible to make our stay really lovely. We chose Cropvale because of its proximity to a wealth of ecclesiastical treasures -three major Cathedrals and some fine Abbeys -and it was good to relax in the very comfortable Penmore room at the end of each day and to go out each morning well-stocked with an excellent breakfast. We enjoyed the quietness of the farm surroundings and the immediate locality. Cropvale gives very good value for money and we have taken away with us warm memories of a delightful stay, having enjoyed being pampered for a few days!

“Absolute heaven!”
*****
My partner and I have just returned from an overnight stay at Cropvale Farm. On arrival, Sue made us most welcome with tea and homemade cake. The room was gorgeous, lovely four poster bed, bath robes etc. In the evening (on Sues recommendation) we walked down the lane to the New Inn and had a fantastic meal. We walked back up the lane under the moonlight which was so romantic! After a peaceful and comfortable nights sleep we went over for breakfast - lots of choice and a lovely dining room with woodburning stove roaring! We met Roger after breakfast on his break from being up since 6.30am tending the cows! If anyone is looking for a bed and breakfast we would thoroughly recommend Cropvale Farm. Quiet and peaceful, great hosts, superb accommodation. Will be back for sure!

“A Hidden Gem!”
*****
Cropvale Farm was a real find! A great location for visiting Worcester and the Cotswolds. Our room, in the converted stable block, was homely and inviting with a very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and shower facilities, good storage and many little extra touches, such as magazines and a huge compendium full of travel and local landmark information. The local pubs, recommended by the hosts for dinner, proved to be excellent dining. Breakfast was served in the large farmhouse breakfast room - a very friendly, welcoming room, where we enjoyed a magnificent array of juices, cereals and fruit, followed by an excellently cooked breakfast, featuring local produce. Sue and Roger were lovely hosts - very capable, warm and friendly and most welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay with you - thank you.

“Wonderful location”

*****
We stayed here for three nights in April and couldn't have found a more welcoming bed and breakfast. It was a pleasure to meet Sue who was very friendly, and it was an equal pleasure to be met with tea and cake! The breakfast was perfectly cooked and there was ample choice on the menu, all served in a spotlessly clean dining room. Our room in the house was on the small side, but then there were two easy chairs and all our luggage to contend with! However the views from the windows were beautiful. Fields streched over towards the Bredon Hills and a map was available so we could walk around the farm in the evenings.
We were free to come and go as we pleased and we felt that Sue would (and did) always go the extra mile to provide anything that was required............An excellent location for touring the Cotswolds and the Malvern Hills area and we would not hesitate to return or to recommend this farmhouse.

“A top-flight farmhouse B&B in a wonderful location."
*****
This is a wonderful friendly B&B, The proprietors are helpful and friendly, the location is utterly peaceful with endless possibilties for walks. There are good pubs for food nearby, and the interesting towns of Evesham and Pershore about three miles away in opposite directions. We can't recommend it too highly.

“Lovely personal service”

*****
Lovely clean and homely accommodation. The room was warm and the towels were fluffy! A very friendly welcome and helpful advice about the area given. Local pub serves excellent food. The breakfast was fantastic, home cooked food and plenty of it. Lots of finishing touches, for example, fresh flowers in room, DVD's to borrow and homemade jam. You couldn't want for any more, we will definitely go back and would certainly recommend it.

“A Bit of Luxury”
*****
A wonderful weekend break in a delightful farmhouse setting. Friendly welcome, not least from the two gorgeous chocolate labradors, and efficient too. The room itself was very welcoming with fluffy bath robes and fresh roses on the dresser. The food was local with eggs collected from the resident hens. An excellent pub was a short walk away down a country lane (no need to drive).
